No Ads, Still Pestering

I bought this because I liked the basic functionality of the free version but wanted to be rid of the the infuriating ads and use it more than 3 times a day. This "Pro" version resolves those issues alright, but still pesters you to create or sign into an account (why?! Just let me check my heart rate!) and asks you to rate the app five stars (reason enough by itself to give fewer).

If I paid for your app, just let me use it. I want to CHECK my heart rate, not send it through the roof.
