Works about 40% of the time

I did a search for the most accurate heart rate monitors. This one was in the top 10 for accuracy. It seems accurate when it works. Most times, it states that its detecting HR and measuring HR. Then it gives the "error" message instructing me on how to use the app.

Also, it doesnt seem to have an athletes setting. My RHR is around 46. This seems to cause the app to glitch.
